Chef Rosie O’Connor of Lady R Bistro welcomes guest chef Joel Quintana of Restaurante Merak in Valle de Guadalupe, recognized by the Michelin Guide with a Bib Gourmand, for a four-course dinner paired with wines from winemaker Ben Benoit of Clos Benoit, pouring from Mexico’s Valle de Guadalupe wine region.
