Lady R Bistro

Lady R Bistro is Chef Rosie O’Connor’s independent, chef-driven bistro in Sun City, Menifee, and it is anything but ordinary. Step inside and you are in a playful pop-art lounge: a teal-haired mural on the brick wall, a hot-pink lip sofa, velvet chairs and string lights overhead. It is the kind of place where comfort food comes with bold flavors and the night usually comes with live music.

Sundays are for brunch: Crab Benny, Chix ‘n Waffles, Barbacoa Benedict, Chilaquiles and French Toast. Lunch and dinner bring house-made pappardelle pastas, braised short rib, burgers, fish & chips, salmon fish tacos, and Chef Rosie’s mole enchiladas and chile relleno, plus a kids’ menu. At the bar it is craft beer, wine and cocktails like a smoked Old Fashioned and an Espresso Martini.

Keep an eye on Tuesdays, when the bistro opens for special events such as Winemaker Dinners, cooking demos and paint & sip nights.

Hours: Wed-Sat 11am-9pm, Sun 10am-3pm (brunch). Closed Mon-Tue except for special events.
